BMCAN is holding its 2022 Open Day on Saturday afternoon 30 April at the Gallery H Complex at Dargan on 227 Chifley Road, just down from Bell on your way to Lithgow.  Look out for the BMCAN and Wild Mountain Collective flags to welcome you.

This spectacular site, on the edge of the Monkey Creek escarpment is provided by Mark O’Carrigan to BMCAN, the site where we have previously held our multi-arts Encountering the Wild Events in 2018 and 2019.  Our host is Henryk Topolnicki, the Dargan sculptor who runs Gallery H with his partner Merren French.  We also being supported by the Association of Bell, Clarence and Dargan Inc, the communities heavily impacted by the Gosper Mega fire, which burnt out several houses.  They will be on hand to help you park your car.

Suitable for all the family, the Open Day event will feature food and drinks all afternoon from the Monkey Creek Cafe and Pantry, and a program of live music, keynote talks and an art exhibition in the Gallery H Basement.  This Open Day marks BMCAN’s move to embrace the Seven Valleys (Lithgow) community, under the leadership of our Vice President, Sharon Howard of Gang Gang Gallery, Lithgow.
